Apple Cream Pie And Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cream (half and half)
    1 well beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat egg, vanilla, sour cream, lemon juice and cream.
    Add dry ingredients and flour over apples in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
