Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put all in skillet and cook 15 minutes or until mixture thickens and pulls away from skillet.
    The peanuts begin to pop when it is almost done.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 teaspoon soda. While foaming, pour onto greased platter.
    Let stand 30 minutes and break into pieces.
