Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1 lb. can) pink salmon, drained and flaked, reserve liquid
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/2 c. salmon liquid (add milk if necessary)
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. dried bread crumbs (3 slices)
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    pinch of salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. medium white sauce
Preparation
    Add lemon juice to salmon.
    Combine remaining ingredients with salmon.
    Spoon into a shallow buttered mold or 1-quart loaf pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until golden brown and firm. Serves 4 to 6.
