Jen'S Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 medium onions, sliced
    a few stalks celery, sliced
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can beef broth
    1 can water
    salt and pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix and place in large covered casserole dish.
    Cook for 5 hours in 275\u00b0 oven.
