Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 celery stalks
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
    Drain well.
    In large bowl, combine celery, onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours.
