Pineapple Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baked and cooled pie shells
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream together the powdered sugar and margarine; add egg, salt and vanilla.
    Mix well until light and fluffy.
    Fill the 2 shells with this mixture; chill.
    Whip cream until stiff.
    Blend in well drained, crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.
    Spoon this mixture over each pie.
    Chill again.
