Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting (can be purchased in premade cans)
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients; stir in eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix well.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Spread cream cheese frosting between layers and on top of cake while still warm.
Yields one 3-layer cake.
