Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken bouillon cube
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans medium shrimp
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
Add onions and blend into softened cream cheese slowly.
Add Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and lemon juice.
Drain and rinse shrimp; shred with fork.
Blend shrimp into cheese mixture.
Add mayonnaise.
If too thick, add more mayonnaise.
Blend well.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
