Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 bag caramels
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients; pour 1/2 of the mix in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake 6 minutes.
    Melt caramels in evaporated milk; pour baked mix and sprinkle remainder of cake mix over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
