Honey Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken parts
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine honey, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pierce chicken with knife in several places. Coat chicken with half the sauce.
Place chicken, skin side down in baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
Turn chicken over and pour on the rest of sauce and bake 25 minutes longer.
