Quick Vidalia Onion Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Vidalia onions, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery seed
red pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together onions, vinegar, sugar and water.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Drain well and mix with mayonnaise, celery seed and pepper.
