Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix using package directions.
    Pour half the batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes and let cool.
