Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. fresh diced apples
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, flour, salt, soda and baking powder, then vanilla, chopped apples and pecans.
    Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
