Scalloped Pork Chops(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown chops in hot cooking oil in heavy frypan; remove.
Add onion, soup and milk to oil in pan; blend and set aside.
Starting with potatoes, put alternate layers of potatoes and cabbage into a 2-quart casserole or 8 x 8 x 2-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle each layer with flour.
Pour soup sauce over each layer.
Place chops on top. Cover casserole or use aluminum foil to cover pan.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
