Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. drained, pitted sour cherries
    1/2 c. cherry juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    red food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together the ingredients and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
    Pour it into a 9-inch pie shell and dot it with 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Add a top crust, and bake the pie at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
