Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. strawberries and juice
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar and oil.
Mix well.
Add strawberries and dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Add nuts.
Mix well after each addition.
Bake in 2 or 3 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Slices may be topped with Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese.
