Swiss Steak(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) pot roast
    half clove garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (14 1/2 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rub meat with garlic.
    Pound flour into meat.
    Place remaining ingredients in 3-quart casserole.
    Cook, covered, or cook level 3 for 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
    Turn meat over halfway through cooking time.
