Peanut Butter Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream, chilled
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter, light corn syrup, sugar and salt together. Stir in heavy cream.
    Whip with rotary beaters until mixture forms soft peaks, when beaters are raised.
    Use as frosting, topping or filling for cake or refrigerator dessert.
    Makes 2 cups.
