Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat eggs until thick.
Add gradually the sugar.
Beating constantly, add the vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt (sifted with flour).
Heat to boiling point the milk and butter.
Add all at once, beating well.
Thin batter.
Pour into an 8-inch greased pan and bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from oven.
