Suet (Bird Feed For Birds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. beef fat
1 c. peanut butter (chunky is better)
1 c. peanuts
1 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. corn meal

Preparation

Melt beef fat and let cool until it softens.
Reheat and let cool again.
Mix in nuts, apples, raisins, seeds and corn meal. Add enough dry ingredients to make it as thick as possible.
Place in a baking dish and freeze firm.
Cut into pieces to fit your feeder.
