Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup (white)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and melted butter.
    Add eggs, vanilla and nuts.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 or 35 minutes longer.
