Heavenly Fish Fillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of one lemon
1/4 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. green or yellow onions
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of hot sauce
Preparation

Mix lemon juice and wine and pour over fish.
Let stand for one hour or more.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onion and hot sauce. Place marinated fish on foil in broiler pan and broil 5 to 7 minutes or until flaky.
Remove from broiler and spread mix over fish.
Rebroil 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden brown.
