Pecan Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix sugars and flour.
    Beat in melted butter, eggs, milk and white syrup.
    Add the vanilla.
    Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon.
    Place pecans in the bottom of an unbaked pie shell.
    Pour mixture over.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes (until set in the middle).
    Will make a 10-inch pie.
    (For an 8-inch pie, use only 2 eggs.)
