Tex-Mex Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. oil
1 jar salsa (your choice of spiciness)
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut round steak into serving size pieces and pound to tenderize.
Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown steak.
Add more oil if needed to brown all of the steak.
Cover and cook on low while preparing salsa mixture.
