Zucchini Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion
    3 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium zucchini
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown 1 pound hamburger and 1 small chopped onion.
    Drain. Add 3 cups tomatoes, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 cup uncooked rice, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until rice is tender.
    Add 1 medium zucchini, chopped and 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese cut up. Pour into greased Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
