Crispy Parsnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 parsnips
    salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook parsnips in boiling water; drain.
    Cool.
    Cut into 4 pieces.
    Roll in melted margarine.
    Set on plate to chill.
    Dredge with flour.
    Saute in margarine until crisp.
