Peanut Butter Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. miniature marshmallows or 20 large
    1 c. peanut butter (regular or crunchy)
    2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk, butter and peanut butter over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add oats, marshmallows and vanilla. Stir mixture until well blended and slightly thickened. Drop from teaspoon on wax paper. Let cool. Makes approximately 48.
