Olive Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pitted mediterranean olives (e.g. calamata olives)
    1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
    1 tsp. dried oregano or Italian seasonings
    1/4 c. marinated sun dried tomatoes, drained but wet
Preparation
    Place ingredients in the bowl of food processor fitted with a steel blade.
    Pulse several times and scrape sides of bowl down. Pulse until mixture of coarse paste.
    Makes a generous cup.
    Serve on toasted bread.
