Macaroni And Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Cook beef in skillet; remove beef.
Cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in meat fat.
Return meat along with tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked to taste.
