Lemon Cake Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
    Add lemon juice and milk, then salt and melted butter.
    Fold in flour and stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish or individual molds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
    The dish should be placed in a pan of water that is 1-inch deep. Cool.
    Loosen edges of pudding; invert on serving dish with custard on top.
    Serves 6 to 8.
