Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and cut into small pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. diced green chiles
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1/2 onion, diced
1 pkg. large tortillas
Preparation

In large saucepan, mix all ingredients except only 1/2 the cheese.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until everything is well blended.
Begin layering mixture, tortillas, mixture, tortillas and mixture, ending with mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
