Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla,
    mixing until thick.
    Add zucchini and stir thoroughly. Add
    flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add
    nuts and stir well.
    Bake in loaf pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
