Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking soda
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. softened butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda in bowl and set aside.
Combine brown sugar, white sugar, butter and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Add eggs and dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 or 10 minutes.
Makes 100 (2-inch) cookies.
