Fat-Free Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 can skim milk concentrate
    1 can water
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon (just a shake)
    1/8 tsp. salt (just a shake)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil cocoa, water and sugar 3 minutes.
    Add milk, additional water, salt and cinnamon.
    Heat, but do not let boil.
    Add vanilla just before serving.
    Serves approximately 4 to 6 servings.
