Super Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roasted chicken from deli counter
    2 cans chicken and rice soup (Progresso)
    2-3 can chicken broth
    4-5 Roma tomatoes, diced
    1/2 large red onion
    2 celery stalks
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    Approx. 1/2 jar Pace mild salsa
    fresh cilantro, to taste
    1 avocado
    lime, to taste
    cheese, for topping
    salted tortilla chips
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and celery in olive oil until soft. You may add other vegetables if you would like. Remove chicken from the bone and shred. Add salsa to vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
