Chicken Tetrazini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms (optional)
    8 oz. vermicelli or thin spaghetti, broken 4 times, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
