Veal Cube Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. veal cubes (shoulder or shank)
    3/4 c. flour, mixed with 1 tsp. salt + 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. additional salt
Preparation
    Roll veal cubes in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil until well browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir together.
    Cover and cook on low heat or in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve over rice or fettucine noodles.
