Homemade Sausage With Sage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork, ground
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix pork thoroughly with all ingredients.
    Shape into patties the size of a biscuit.
    Fry in a skillet until nicely browned on each side.
