Green Beans And Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
    1/4 stick butter
    1 c. chopped toasted walnuts
    2 T. walnut oil
    2 T. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook beans in a large pot of boiling water until just tender, about five minutes.
    Rinse beans with cold water to stop the cooking.
    Beans may be cooked in advance, about 6 hours before you serve them.
    Be sure to refrigerate them.
    To complete, put butter with oil in large heavy skillet over high heat.
    Add beans and toss until heated through, about 4 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add walnuts and parsley and toss.
