Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked with peeling on, peeled and cut into slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 fresh green onions, chopped (tops and all)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan and add soup; blend until smooth. Remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, pepper, onions and 1 cup cheese.
Put potatoes and sauce in baking dish.
Sprinkle other cup of cheese on top.
You can also sprinkle parsley on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can be made day before use.
Tastes like baked potato with all the trimmings.
