Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. thawed, drained blueberries or 2 c. fresh
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs.
Stir in milk, blueberries, oil, water and juice concentrate.
Combine dry ingredients separately.
Stir into liquid mixture until moistened.
Batter will be lumpy.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes.
