Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef arm roast
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops liquid smoke
Preparation
    Put in crock-pot on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
