Corn Tamale Treat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tamales, mashed
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
pinch of salt
Preparation

Saute onion
in
margarine.
Add
tamales, mixing well. Stir in\tcorn;
add salt.
Spoon into 1-quart (greased) casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
