Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 potatoes, baked
    2 c. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    2 sticks soft butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Scoop potato \"meat\" out of shells while still hot.
    Mix all ingredients well and turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
