Linzer Square(Austrian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. almonds, ground
    raspberry jam
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as for pastry.
    Roll between sheets of wax paper (or press).
    Line bottom of jelly roll pan with dough.
    Save some for lattice.
    Spread dough with jam and nuts and then make lattice over top with reserved dough.
    Brush with egg and then bake in 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
