Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. lettuce, broken in bite size pieces
    1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
    2 c. cooked, skinned chicken, shredded
    2 c. raw spinach, chopped
    2 c. peas
    1/2 c. carrots, slivered
Preparation
    Combine lettuce, spinach and sprouts.
    Pour boiling water over carrots and peas and allow them to blanch for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.
    Add chicken, peas and carrots to salad greens.
