Skillet Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large bag frozen potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. cooked ham, cut into 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Combine flour, mustard and milk in a small bowl.
    Mix with fork until well blended.
    Stir milk mixture and ham into potatoes. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 6 servings.
