Chili Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (7 oz.) whole grain corn, drained
    1 (14 oz.) tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until soft. In large pan, brown meat and drain. Stir in corn, tomatoes, ketchup, pepper and chili powder. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Slice potatoes and spoon mixture over each potato. Garnish with sour cream, grated cheese and green onions if you want to.
