Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. (dry mix) sugar-free jello (any flavor, orange is good)
1/2 c. Cool Whip (light)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill at least one hour.
Serves 4. Equals 1 protein, 1 fruit and 15 optional calories.
