Lemon Cheese Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick lightly-salted butter
6 eggs
3 c. sifted Swans Down cake flour
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl combine the margarine, butter and cream cheese.
Add 2 eggs, 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar.
Mix on low speed until blended.
Repeat until all ingredients are blended. Add extracts and blend well.
Pour batter into a prepared Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for one hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
